Edouard is Legal Partner, specialising in corporate matters and notably in mergers & acquisitions. He is also leading the Recovery & Reorganisation business line in Grant Thornton Luxembourg, such a role consisting in providing assistance with respect to any corporate structuring and liquidation works of group companies, including funds, holdings and investment vehicles. This role entails notably taking mandates of liquidator for such entities.

Edouard has a breadth of experience in advising a wide range of companies, private equity and real estate sponsors and management teams in the structuring and financing of international joint ventures, co-investments, reorganisations, buyouts, national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including the related security pack and incentive schemes.

Before joining Grant Thornton in 2022, Edouard practiced as Avocat à la Cour for more than 10 years.
